Communication Wallet

Prepaid Usage-Based Balance

SMS, phone, email, and other usage-based communication services are billed through a prepaid communication wallet — separate from your monthly software subscription.

Customers may preload funds into their wallet. When the balance falls below a customer-selected threshold, the wallet can automatically replenish to prevent service interruption.
