By accessing or using the Dynasty GHL platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer" or "User") and Dynasty GHL ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
Dynasty GHL provides the following software and business services to licensed insurance professionals:
Dynasty GHL is a software and services company. We are not an insurance carrier, insurance agency, financial institution, or investment advisor. We do not sell, underwrite, or bind insurance products of any kind.
By using Dynasty GHL, you agree to:
By creating an account and selecting a plan, you authorize Dynasty GHL to charge your payment method for subscription fees, setup and onboarding fees, communication wallet charges, and optional automatic wallet replenishment services.
All charges are for software access, communication services, onboarding, and support. Dynasty GHL does not collect or process insurance premiums, commissions, investment payments, or financial product transactions.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting support before their next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. Setup and onboarding fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Dynasty GHL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, initiate unauthorized chargebacks, send spam, violate telemarketing laws, or participate in unlawful activities.
All content, features, software, trademarks, and documentation provided by Dynasty GHL remain the exclusive property of Dynasty GHL and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dynasty GHL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Dynasty GHL does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Utah.
Dynasty GHL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
